That's a major component for Youtube. I had problems with Flash video stuttering and pausing and just general very bad playback performance. It wound up being caused by installing the IE version of the plugin as well. So I installed only the Firefox version of the flash plugin and it was fine, no more problems. It took ages before all the microsoft products (mice, keyboards, webcams) worked with windows 7. Some not until after launch day.
